How It Works
Competing in NCT is simple. Here's what to expect.
Register Online
Sign up for Chemistry Open (February) or Chemistry Challenge (March). Choose your division based on your experience level.
Take the Exam
Join a local chapter for in-person testing, or take it online from home. Both options are completely free.
Get Your Score
Results are released within 24 hours. See how you performed against students nationwide.
Earn Recognition
Top performers receive Gold, Silver, or Bronze awards. Every student who qualifies gets recognized.
